The Elkstone Group’s homebred Lady Fog Horn was named Indiana-bred horse of the year April 16 during the Indiana Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association’s awards banquet at Indiana Grand Racing & Casino.

Lady Fog Horn scored four stakes victories among six wins last year at age 3 for trainer Tony Granitz: the Indiana First Lady, Frances Slocum, Florence Henderson, and Hoosier Breeders’ Sophomore Stakes, all at Indiana Grand, and finished second in the Cardinal Handicap (gr. III) at Churchill Downs.
